1 Y el Señor habló a Moisés, diciendo:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

2 M ira, he llamado por nombre a Bezaleel, hijo de Uri, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá.

See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:

3 Y lo he llenado del Espíritu de Dios en sabiduría, en inteligencia, en conocimiento y en toda clase de arte,

and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

4 p ara elaborar diseños, para trabajar en oro, en plata y en bronce,

to devise skilful works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,

5 y en el labrado de piedras para engaste, y en el tallado de madera; a fin de que trabaje en toda clase de labor.

and in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all manner of workmanship.

6 M ira, yo mismo he nombrado con él a Aholiab, hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan; y en el corazón de todos los que son hábiles he puesto habilidad a fin de que hagan todo lo que te he mandado:

And I, behold, I have appointed with him Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and in the heart of all that are wise-hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee:

7 l a tienda de reunión, el arca del testimonio, el propiciatorio sobre ella y todo el mobiliario del tabernáculo;

the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy-seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the Tent,

8 t ambién la mesa y sus utensilios, el candelabro de oro puro con todos sus utensilios y el altar del incienso;

and the table and its vessels, and the pure candlestick with all its vessels, and the altar of incense,

9 e l altar del holocausto también con todos sus utensilios y la pila con su base;

and the altar of burnt-offering with all its vessels, and the laver and its base,

10 a simismo las vestiduras tejidas, las vestiduras sagradas para el sacerdote Aarón y las vestiduras de sus hijos, para ministrar como sacerdotes;

and the finely wrought garments, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office,

11 t ambién el aceite de la unción, y el incienso aromático para el lugar santo. Los harán conforme a todo lo que te he mandado. El día de reposo

and the anointing oil, and the incense of sweet spices for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.

12 Y habló el Señor a Moisés, diciendo:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

13 H abla, pues, tú a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: “De cierto guardaréis mis días de reposo, porque esto es una señal entre yo y vosotros por todas vuestras generaciones, a fin de que sepáis que yo soy el Señor que os santifico.

Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily ye shall keep my sabbaths: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am Jehovah who sanctifieth you.

14 “ Por tanto, habéis de guardar el día de reposo porque es santo para vosotros. Todo el que lo profane morirá irremisiblemente; porque cualquiera que haga obra alguna en él, esa persona será cortada de entre su pueblo.

Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that profaneth it shall surely be put to death; for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

15 “ Durante seis días se trabajará, pero el séptimo día será día de completo reposo, santo al Señor. Cualquiera que haga obra alguna en el día de reposo morirá irremisiblemente.

Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a sabbath of solemn rest, holy to Jehovah: whosoever doeth any work on the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

16 “ Los hijos de Israel guardarán, pues, el día de reposo, celebrándolo por todas sus generaciones como pacto perpetuo.”

Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

17 E s una señal entre yo y los hijos de Israel para siempre; pues en seis días el Señor hizo los cielos y la tierra, y en el séptimo día cesó de trabajar y reposó. Las dos tablas del testimonio

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days Jehovah made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

18 Y cuando terminó de hablar con Moisés sobre el monte Sinaí, le dio las dos tablas del testimonio, tablas de piedra, escritas por el dedo de Dios.

And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, the two tables of the testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
