1 E l Señor reina, vestido está de majestad; el Señor se ha vestido y ceñido de poder; ciertamente el mundo está bien afirmado, será inconmovible.

Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith: The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.

2 D esde la antigüedad está establecido tu trono; tú eres desde la eternidad.

Thy throne is established of old: Thou art from everlasting.

3 L os torrentes han alzado, oh Señor, los torrentes han alzado su voz; los torrentes alzan sus batientes olas.

The floods have lifted up, O Jehovah, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves.

4 M ás que el fragor de muchas aguas, más que las poderosas olas del mar, es poderoso el Señor en las alturas.

Above the voices of many waters, The mighty breakers of the sea, Jehovah on high is mighty.

5 T us testimonios son muy fidedignos; la santidad conviene a tu casa, eternamente, oh Señor.

Thy testimonies are very sure: Holiness becometh thy house, O Jehovah, for evermore.
