1 H arás también un altar para quemar en él incienso; de madera de acacia lo harás.

And thou shalt make an altar to burn incense upon: of acacia wood shalt thou make it.

2 D e un codo será su longitud y de un codo su anchura, será cuadrado; y de dos codos su altura. Sus cuernos serán de una pieza con él.

A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be; and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of one piece with it.

3 L o revestirás de oro puro: su parte superior, sus lados en derredor y sus cuernos; y le harás una moldura de oro alrededor.

And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.

4 L e harás dos argollas de oro debajo de su moldura; los harás en dos de sus lados, en lados opuestos, y servirán de sostén para las varas con las cuales transportarlo.

And two golden rings shalt thou make for it under the crown thereof; upon the two ribs thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make them; and they shall be for places for staves wherewith to bear it.

5 Y harás las varas de madera de acacia y las revestirás de oro.

And thou shalt make the staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold.

6 P ondrás el altar delante del velo que está junto al arca del testimonio, delante del propiciatorio que está sobre el arca del testimonio, donde yo me encontraré contigo.

And thou shalt put it before the veil that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy-seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

7 Y Aarón quemará incienso aromático sobre él; lo quemará cada mañana al preparar las lámparas.

And Aaron shall burn thereon incense of sweet spices: every morning, when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn it.

8 Y cuando Aarón prepare las lámparas al atardecer, quemará incienso. Habrá incienso perpetuo delante del Señor por todas vuestras generaciones.

And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn it, a perpetual incense before Jehovah throughout your generations.

9 N o ofreceréis incienso extraño en este altar, ni holocausto ni ofrenda de cereal; tampoco derramaréis libación sobre él.

Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt-offering, nor meal-offering; and ye shall pour no drink-offering thereon.

10 A arón hará expiación sobre los cuernos del altar una vez al año; hará expiación sobre él con la sangre de la ofrenda de expiación por el pecado, una vez al año por todas vuestras generaciones; santísimo es al Señor. La ofrenda del rescate

And Aaron shall make atonement upon the horns of it once in the year; with the blood of the sin-offering of atonement once in the year shall he make atonement for it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto Jehovah.

11 H abló también el Señor a Moisés, diciendo:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

12 C uando hagas un censo de los hijos de Israel para contarlos, cada uno dará al Señor un rescate por su persona cuando sean contados, para que no haya plaga entre ellos cuando los hayas contado.

When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel, according to those that are numbered of them, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto Jehovah, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.

13 E sto dará todo el que sea contado: medio siclo, conforme al siclo del santuario. El siclo es de veinte geras. Medio siclo es la ofrenda al Señor.

This they shall give, every one that passeth over unto them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary; (the shekel is twenty gerahs;) half a shekel for an offering to Jehovah.

14 T odo el que sea contado, de veinte años arriba, dará la ofrenda al Señor.

Every one that passeth over unto them that are numbered, from twenty years old and upward, shall give the offering of Jehovah.

15 E l rico no pagará más, ni el pobre pagará menos del medio siclo, al dar la ofrenda al Señor para hacer expiación por vuestras vidas.

The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less, than the half shekel, when they give the offering of Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.

16 T omarás de los hijos de Israel el dinero de la expiación y lo darás para el servicio de la tienda de reunión, para que sea un recordatorio para los hijos de Israel delante del Señor, como expiación por vuestras vidas. La fuente de bronce

And thou shalt take the atonement money from the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tent of meeting; that it may be a memorial for the children of Israel before Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.

17 Y el Señor habló a Moisés, diciendo:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

18 H arás también una pila de bronce, con su base de bronce, para lavatorio; y la colocarás entre la tienda de reunión y el altar, y pondrás agua en ella.

Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and the base thereof of brass, whereat to wash. And thou shalt put it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.

19 Y con ella se lavarán las manos y los pies Aarón y sus hijos.

And Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat:

20 A l entrar en la tienda de reunión, se lavarán con agua para que no mueran; también cuando se acerquen al altar a ministrar para quemar una ofrenda encendida al Señor.

when they go into the tent of meeting, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

21 Y se lavarán las manos y los pies para que no mueran; y será estatuto perpetuo para ellos, para Aarón y su descendencia, por todas sus generaciones. El aceite de la unción y el incienso

So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.

22 H abló el Señor a Moisés, diciendo:

Moreover Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

23 T oma también de las especias más finas: de mirra fluida, quinientos siclos; de canela aromática, la mitad, doscientos cincuenta; y de caña aromática, doscientos cincuenta;

Take thou also unto thee the chief spices: of flowing myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty,

24 d e casia, quinientos siclos, conforme al siclo del santuario, y un hin de aceite de oliva.

and of cassia five hundred, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of olive oil a hin.

25 Y harás de ello el aceite de la santa unción, mezcla de perfume, obra de perfumador; será aceite de santa unción.

And thou shalt make it a holy anointing oil, a perfume compounded after the art of the perfumer: it shall be a holy anointing oil.

26 Y con él ungirás la tienda de reunión y el arca del testimonio,

And thou shalt anoint therewith the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony,

27 l a mesa y todos sus utensilios, el candelabro y sus utensilios, el altar del incienso,

and the table and all the vessels thereof, and the candlestick and the vessels thereof, and the altar of incense,

28 e l altar del holocausto y todos sus utensilios, la pila y su base.

and the altar of burnt-offering with all the vessels thereof, and the laver and the base thereof.

29 L os consagrarás y serán santísimos; todo aquello que los toque será santificado.

And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.

30 Y ungirás a Aarón y a sus hijos y los consagrarás para que me sirvan como sacerdotes.

And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.

31 Y hablarás a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: “Este será aceite de santa unción para mí por todas vuestras generaciones.

And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be a holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

32 “ No se derramará sobre nadie, ni haréis otro igual en las mismas proporciones; santo es, y santo será para vosotros.

Upon the flesh of man shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any like it, according to the composition thereof: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.

33 “ Cualquiera que haga otro semejante, o el que ponga de él sobre un laico, será cortado de entre su pueblo.”

Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, he shall be cut off from his people.

34 E ntonces el Señor dijo a Moisés: Toma especias, estacte, uña aromática y gálbano, especias con incienso puro; que haya de cada una igual peso.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight;

35 C on ello harás incienso, un perfume, obra de perfumador, sazonado, puro y santo.

and thou shalt make of it incense, a perfume after the art of the perfumer, seasoned with salt, pure and holy:

36 Y molerás parte de él muy fino, y pondrás una parte delante del testimonio en el tabernáculo de reunión donde yo me encontraré contigo; santísimo será para vosotros.

and thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tent of meeting, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.

37 Y el incienso que harás, no lo haréis en las mismas proporciones para vuestro propio uso; te será santo para el Señor.

And the incense which thou shalt make, according to the composition thereof ye shall not make for yourselves: it shall be unto thee holy for Jehovah.

38 C ualquiera que haga incienso como éste, para usarlo como perfume será cortado de entre su pueblo.

Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereof, he shall be cut off from his people.
