1 A nd Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy fathers' house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.

Entonces el Señor dijo a Aarón: Tú y tus hijos, y tu casa paterna contigo, llevaréis la culpa en relación con el santuario; y tú y tus hijos contigo llevaréis la culpa en relación con vuestro sacerdocio.

2 A nd thy brethren also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of thy father, bring thou near with thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee shall be before the tent of the testimony.

Mas también a tus hermanos, la tribu de Leví, la tribu de tu padre, haz que se acerquen para que se junten contigo y te sirvan, mientras que tú y tus hijos contigo estéis delante de la tienda del testimonio.

3 A nd they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the Tent: only they shall not come nigh unto the vessels of the sanctuary and unto the altar, that they die not, neither they, nor ye.

Y atenderán a lo que tú ordenes y a las obligaciones de toda la tienda, pero no se acercarán a los utensilios del santuario y del altar, para que no mueran, tanto ellos como vosotros.

4 A nd they shall be joined unto thee, and keep the charge of the tent of meeting, for all the service of the Tent: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you.

Y ellos se juntarán contigo, y atenderán a las obligaciones de la tienda de reunión, para todo el servicio de la tienda; pero ningún extraño se acercará a vosotros.

5 A nd ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar; that there be wrath no more upon the children of Israel.

Así atenderéis a las obligaciones del santuario y a las obligaciones del altar, a fin de que la ira no venga más sobre los hijos de Israel.

6 A nd I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are a gift, given unto Jehovah, to do the service of the tent of meeting.

He aquí, yo mismo he tomado a vuestros hermanos, los levitas, de entre los hijos de Israel; son un regalo para vosotros, dedicados al Señor, para servir en el ministerio de la tienda de reunión.

7 A nd thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil; and ye shall serve: I give you the priesthood as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

Pero tú y tus hijos contigo atenderéis a vuestro sacerdocio en todo lo concerniente al altar y a lo que está dentro del velo, y ministraréis. Os doy el sacerdocio como un regalo para servir, pero el extraño que se acerque morirá.

8 A nd Jehovah spake unto Aaron, And I, behold, I have given thee the charge of my heave-offerings, even all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, as a portion for ever.

Entonces habló el Señor a Aarón: He aquí que yo te he dado el cuidado de mis ofrendas, todas las cosas consagradas de los hijos de Israel; te las he dado a ti como porción, y a tus hijos como provisión perpetua.

9 T his shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal-offering of theirs, and every sin-offering of theirs, and every trespass-offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.

Esto será tuyo de las ofrendas santísimas preservadas del fuego: toda ofrenda de ellos, aun toda ofrenda de cereal y toda ofrenda por el pecado y toda ofrenda por la culpa, que ellos me han de presentar, será santísima para ti y para tus hijos.

10 A s the most holy things shalt thou eat thereof; every male shall eat thereof: it shall be holy unto thee.

Como ofrenda santísima la comerás; todo varón la comerá. Cosa santa será para ti.

11 A nd this is thine: the heave-offering of their gift, even all the wave-offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.

Esto también será para ti: la ofrenda de sus dádivas, todas las ofrendas mecidas de los hijos de Israel; las he dado a ti, a tus hijos y a tus hijas contigo, como porción perpetua. Todo el que esté limpio en tu casa podrá comerla.

12 A ll the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first-fruits of them which they give unto Jehovah, to thee have I given them.

Todo lo mejor del aceite nuevo y todo lo mejor del mosto y del cereal, las primicias que presenten al Señor, te las daré a ti.

13 T he first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring unto Jehovah, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.

Los primeros frutos maduros de todo lo que hay en su tierra, que traigan al Señor, serán tuyos. Todo el que esté limpio en tu casa podrá comer de ello.

14 E verything devoted in Israel shall be thine.

Toda cosa dedicada en Israel, será tuya.

15 E verything that openeth the womb, of all flesh which they offer unto Jehovah, both of man and beast shall be thine: nevertheless the first-born of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem.

Todo lo que abre la matriz de toda carne, ya sea hombre o animal, que presenten al Señor, será tuyo; sin embargo, el primogénito de hombre ciertamente redimirás, y el primogénito de animales inmundos redimirás.

16 A nd those that are to be redeemed of them from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary (the same is twenty gerahs).

En cuanto a su redención, de un mes los redimirás, según tu valuación, por cinco siclos en plata, según el siclo del santuario que es de veinte geras.

17 B ut the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savor unto Jehovah.

Pero no redimirás el primogénito de buey, ni el primogénito de oveja, ni el primogénito de cabra; son sagrados. Rociarás su sangre en el altar y quemarás su grasa como ofrenda encendida, como aroma agradable al Señor.

18 A nd the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave-breast and as the right thigh, it shall be thine.

Y su carne será para ti; así como el pecho de la ofrenda mecida y la pierna derecha son tuyas.

19 A ll the heave-offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto Jehovah, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before Jehovah unto thee and to thy seed with thee.

Todas las ofrendas de lo que es santo, que los hijos de Israel ofrezcan al Señor, las he dado a ti, a tus hijos y a tus hijas contigo, como porción perpetua; es un pacto permanente delante del Señor para ti y para tu descendencia contigo.

20 A nd Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any portion among them: I am thy portion and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.

Entonces el Señor dijo a Aarón: No tendrás heredad en su tierra, ni tendrás posesión entre ellos; yo soy tu porción y tu herencia entre los hijos de Israel. Los diezmos para los levitas

21 A nd unto the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the tent of meeting.

Y he aquí que yo he dado a los hijos de Leví todos los diezmos en Israel por heredad, a cambio de su ministerio en el cual sirven, el ministerio de la tienda de reunión.

22 A nd henceforth the children of Israel shall not come nigh the tent of meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.

Y los hijos de Israel no se acercarán más a la tienda de reunión, no sea que carguen con un pecado y mueran.

23 B ut the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations; and among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

Sólo los levitas servirán en el ministerio de la tienda de reunión, y ellos cargarán con la iniquidad del pueblo; será estatuto perpetuo por todas vuestras generaciones, y entre los hijos de Israel no tendrán heredad.

24 F or the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave-offering unto Jehovah, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

Porque el diezmo de los hijos de Israel, el cual ofrecen como ofrenda al Señor, yo lo he dado a los levitas por heredad; por tanto, he dicho en cuanto a ellos: “Entre los hijos de Israel no tendrán heredad.”

25 A nd Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

Entonces el Señor habló a Moisés, diciendo:

26 M oreover thou shalt speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave-offering of it for Jehovah, a tithe of the tithe.

También hablarás a los levitas y les dirás: “Cuando recibáis de los hijos de Israel los diezmos que de ellos os he dado por vuestra heredad, ofreceréis de ello una ofrenda al Señor, el diezmo de los diezmos.

27 A nd your heave-offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the grain of the threshing-floor, and as the fulness of the winepress.

“Y vuestra ofrenda os será considerada como los cereales de la era o como el producto del lagar.

28 T hus ye also shall offer a heave-offering unto Jehovah of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel; and thereof ye shall give Jehovah's heave-offering to Aaron the priest.

“Así también vosotros presentaréis al Señor una ofrenda de vuestros diezmos que recibís de los hijos de Israel; y de ellos daréis la ofrenda del Señor al sacerdote Aarón.

29 O ut of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave-offering of Jehovah, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it.

“De todos los dones que recibís presentaréis las ofrendas que le pertenecen al Señor, de lo mejor de ellas, la parte consagrada de ellas.”

30 T herefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye heave the best thereof from it, then it shall be reckoned unto the Levites as the increase of the threshing-floor, and as the increase of the wine-press.

Y les dirás: “Cuando hayáis ofrecido de ello lo mejor, entonces el resto será contado a los levitas como el producto de la era o como el producto del lagar.

31 A nd ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward in return for your service in the tent of meeting.

“Lo comeréis en cualquier lugar, vosotros y vuestras casas, porque es vuestra remuneración a cambio de vuestro ministerio en la tienda de reunión.

32 A nd ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best thereof: and ye shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that ye die not.

“Y no llevaréis pecado por ello, cuando hayáis ofrecido lo mejor; así no profanaréis las cosas consagradas de los hijos de Israel, y no moriréis.”
