1 Y ahweh said to me, “Go again, love a woman loved by another, and an adulteress, even as Yahweh loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods, and love cakes of raisins.”

Me dijo otra vez Jehová: «Ve y ama a una mujer amada de su compañero y adúltera; así ama Jehová a los hijos de Israel, aunque ellos se vuelven a dioses ajenos y aman las tortas de pasas.»

2 S o I bought her for myself for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer and a half of barley.

Entonces la compré para mí por quince siclos de plata y un homer y medio de cebada.

3 I said to her, “You shall stay with me many days. You shall not play the prostitute, and you shall not be with any other man. I will also be so toward you.”

Le dije: «Tú serás mía durante muchos días; no fornicarás ni te entregarás a otro hombre, y yo haré lo mismo contigo.»

4 F or the children of Israel shall live many days without king, and without prince, and without sacrifice, and without sacred stone, and without ephod or idols.

Porque muchos días estarán los hijos de Israel sin rey, sin príncipe, sin sacrificio, sin estatua, sin efod y sin terafines.

5 A fterward the children of Israel shall return, and seek Yahweh their God, and David their king, and shall come with trembling to Yahweh and to his blessings in the last days.

Después volverán los hijos de Israel, buscarán a Jehová, su Dios, y a David, su rey; y temerán a Jehová y a su bondad al fin de los días.
