H abía más hombres importantes de los hijos de Eleazar que de los hijos de Itamar, y quedaron repartidos así: De los hijos de Eleazar, dieciséis jefes de casas paternas. De los hijos de Itamar, ocho jefes de casas paternas.

Since there were more chief men found among the sons of Eleazar than among the sons of Ithamar, they were divided thus: sixteen heads of fathers’ houses of the sons of Eleazar and eight of the sons of Ithamar according to their fathers’ houses.
