E ntonces el rey David le dijo a Ornán: «De ninguna manera. Yo te compraré la era por su precio justo. No voy a tomar para el Señor lo que es tuyo, ni voy a ofrecer ningún holocausto que nada me cueste.»

And king David saith to Ornan, `Nay, for I surely buy for full silver; for I do not lift up that which is thine to Jehovah, so as to offer a burnt-offering without cost.'
