c i sarà fra le due parti un giuramento davanti all'Eterno per sapere se il depositario non ha messo la sua mano sui beni del suo vicino. Il padrone della cosa accetterà il giuramento, e l'altro non sarà tenuto al risarcimento di danni.

the oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, whether he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner thereof shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.
