b ecause they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way, when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.

porque no fueron al encuentro de ustedes con pan y agua en el camino cuando salieron de Egipto, y porque alquilaron contra ti a Balaam, hijo de Beor, de Petor en Mesopotamia, para maldecirte.
