Leviticus 16:22 ~ Leviticus 16:22

T he goat shall carry all their iniquities on himself to a solitary land, and he shall let the goat go in the wilderness.

The goat shall bear upon himself all their iniquities, carrying them to a land cut off (a land of forgetfulness and separation, not inhabited)! And the man leading it shall let the goat go in the wilderness.
