T hen commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with purple, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

De îndată Belşaţar a dat poruncă şi l-au îmbrăcat pe Daniel în purpură, i-au pus un lanţ de aur la gât şi l-au proclamat ca fiind al treilea la conducerea împărăţiei.
