N ow Shemaiah the prophet came to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, who were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said to them, “Yahweh says, ‘You have forsaken me, therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.’”

Da kam Semaja, der Prophet, zu Rehabeam und zu den Obersten Juda's, die sich gen Jerusalem versammelt hatten vor Sisak, und sprach zu ihnen: So spricht der HERR: Ihr habt mich verlassen; darum habe ich euch auch verlassen in Sisaks Hand.
