H e was sixteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jecoliah of Jerusalem.

وَكانَ فِي السّادِسَةَ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ عِندَما تَوَلَّى الحُكمَ. وَحَكَمَ اثْنَتَينِ وَخَمْسِينَ سَنَةً فِي القُدْسِ. وَاسْمُ أُمِّهِ يَكُلْيا، وَهِيَ مِنَ القُدْسِ.
