H e was twenty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jehoaddin of Jerusalem.

وَكانَ أمَصْيا فِي الخامِسَةِ وَالعِشْرِينَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ، عِندَما تَوَلَّى الحُكمَ. وَحَكَمَ تِسْعاً وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً فِي القُدْسِ. وَاسْمُ أُمِّهِ يَهُوعَدَّانُ، وَهِيَ مِنَ القُدْسِ.
