H e said to him, “Yahweh says, ‘Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron, is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of his word? Therefore you will not come down from the bed where you have gone up, but you will surely die.’”

e gli disse: «Cosí dice l'Eterno: "E' perché non c'è alcun DIO in Israele, di cui si possa consultare la parola che tu hai mandato messaggeri da Baal-Zebub, il dio di Ekron? Per questo non scenderai dal letto sul quale sei salito, ma certamente morirai"».
