B aasha the son of Ahijah, of the house of Issachar, conspired against him; and Baasha struck him at Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines; for Nadab and all Israel were besieging Gibbethon.

Aber Baesa, der Sohn Ahias, aus dem Hause Isaschar, machte einen Bund wider ihn und erschlug ihn zu Gibbethon, welches den Philistern gehört. Denn Nadab und das ganze Israel belagerten Gibbethon.
