M ephibosheth the son of Saul came down to meet the king; and he had neither groomed his feet, nor trimmed his beard, nor washed his clothes, from the day the king departed until the day he came home in peace.

Mefiboşet, fiul lui Saul, s'a pogorît şi el înaintea împăratului. Nu-şi îngrijise nici picioarele, nici barba, nici nu-şi spălase hainele, din ziua cînd plecase împăratul pînă în ziua cînd se întorcea în pace.
