T here was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, to Gerar.

Y hubo hambre en la tierra, además del hambre anterior que había ocurrido durante los días de Abraham. Entonces Isaac se fue a Gerar, donde vivía Abimelec, rey de los Filisteos.
