G od blessed the seventh day, and made it holy, because he rested in it from all his work of creation which he had done.

وبارَكَ اللهُ اليَوْمَ السّابِعَ. وَأعلَنَ أنَّهُ مُخَصَّصٌ لَهُ، لِأنَّهُ اسْتَراحَ فِيهِ مِنْ خَلْقِ العَالَمِ وَما فيهِ.
