S ubieron, pues, a Baal-perazim, y allí los derrotó David. Dijo luego David: «Dios abrió una brecha entre mis enemigos por mi mano, como un torrente de agua.» Por esto llamaron el nombre de aquel lugar Baal-perazim.

So they came up to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there; and David said, God hath broken mine enemies by my hand, like the breach of waters. Therefore they called the name of that place Baal-perazim.
