E ntonces envió Jezabel a Elías un mensajero para decirle: «Traigan los dioses sobre mí el peor de los castigos, si mañana a estas horas no he puesto tu persona como la de uno de ellos.»

Then Jezebel send a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to-morrow about this time.
