E ntonces Adonías hijo de Haguit se rebeló, diciendo: «Yo reinaré.» Se hizo de carros, de gente de a caballo y de cincuenta hombres que corrieran delante de él.

Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, “I will be king.” Then he prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him.
