E scuchen el clamor de la hija de mi pueblo, que viene de lejanas tierras, y pregunta: «¿Acaso ya no está el Señor en Sión? ¿Acaso ya no está en ella su Rey?» Y el Señor contesta: «¿Por qué me hicieron enojar con sus imágenes talladas y con falsos dioses ajenos?»

Lo, the voice of a cry of the daughter of my people from a land afar off, Is Jehovah not in Zion? is her king not in her? Wherefore have they provoked Me with their graven images, With the vanities of a foreigner?
