S alomón acumuló carros de guerra y gente de a caballo, y llegó a tener mil cuatrocientos carros de guerra y doce mil jinetes, los cuales guardaba en las fortalezas construidas para tal efecto, y también con él en Jerusalén.

And Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen: and he had a thousand and four hundred chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen, that he placed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.
