E ntonces Eliseo se levantó y la siguió. Guejazí, que se había adelantado, llegó y puso el bastón sobre el rostro del niño; pero el niño no había dado señales de vida, así que Guejazí se había vuelto para encontrarse con Eliseo, y cuando lo encontró le dijo: «El niño no despierta.»

And Gehazi hath passed on before them, and layeth the staff on the face of the youth, and there is no voice, and there is no attention, and he turneth back to meet him, and declareth to him, saying, `The youth hath not awaked.'
