E ntonces el rey de Asiria trajo a las ciudades de Samaria gente de Babilonia, de Cutá, de Avá, de Jamat y de Sefarvayin, para que las habitaran en lugar de los israelitas. Y así, estos extranjeros tomaron posesión de Samaria y habitaron en sus ciudades.

The king of Assyria brought men from Babylon and from Cuthah and from Avva and from Hamath and Sepharvaim, and settled them in the cities of Samaria in place of the sons of Israel. So they possessed Samaria and lived in its cities.
