E ntonces Jehú ordenó: «¡Échenles mano! ¡Los quiero vivos!» Y una vez que los tomaron vivos, los degollaron junto al pozo de Bet Équed. Eran cuarenta y dos varones, y ninguno de ellos quedó con vida.
