E ntonces David le dijo a Gad: «Estoy en un gran aprieto. Permíteme caer en las manos del Señor, pues su misericordia es grande en extremo. ¡No me dejes caer en las manos de ningún hombre!»

And David said to Gad, I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for His mercies are many and great; but let me not fall into the hands of man.
