D oamne, pleacă-Ţi urechea, şi ascultă! Doamne, deschide-Ţi ochii, şi priveşte. Auzi cuvintele lui Sanherib, care a trimes pe Rabşache să batjocorească pe Dumnezeul cel viu.

Incline thine ear, O Jehovah, and hear; open thine eyes, O Jehovah, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, wherewith he hath sent him to defy the living God.
