C asa lui Iacov va fi un foc, iar Casa lui Iosif – o flacără. Casa lui Esau va fi o mirişte pe care o vor aprinde şi o vor mistui, şi nu va mai rămâne nici un supravieţuitor al Casei lui Esau, căci Domnul a vorbit!

The house of Jacob shall be a fire and the house of Joseph a flame, but the house of Esau shall be stubble; they shall kindle and burn them and consume them, and there shall be no survivor of the house of Esau, for the Lord has spoken it.
