P orţile ei au fost îngropate în pământ, iar zăvoarele i-au fost rupte şi distruse. Regele şi conducătorii ei sunt exilaţi printre neamuri, Legea nu mai este, iar profeţii ei nu mai primesc nici o vedenie de la Domnul.

Her gates are sunk into the ground; he hath destroyed and broken her bars: Her king and her princes are among the nations where the law is not; Yea, her prophets find no vision from Jehovah.
