E u am zis: – O, Stăpâne Doamne! Într-adevăr ai înşelat poporul acesta şi Ierusalimul când ai zis: „Veţi avea pace!“ Iată că sabia este la gâtul lor!

Then I said, Alas, Lord God! Surely You have greatly deceived and misled this people and Jerusalem, saying, You shall have peace, whereas the sword has reached to life.
