„ Timp de douăzeci şi trei de ani – din anul al treisprezecelea al lui Iosia, fiul lui Amon, regele lui Iuda, şi până în ziua de azi – Cuvântul Domnului a venit la mine şi eu vi l-am vestit iarăşi şi iarăşi, dar voi nu aţi luat aminte.

From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, even to this day, these twenty-three years, Yahweh’s word has come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising up early and speaking; but you have not listened.
