D acă a fost sfâşiat de fiare, hoitul animalului să fie adus ca dovadă, iar cel căruia i-a fost încredinţat nu va trebui să restituie nimic pentru rămăşiţele sfâşiate.

If it be torn in pieces, let him bring it for witness: he shall not make good that which was torn.
