A poi Elisei s-a dus la izvorul apelor, a aruncat în el sare şi a zis: „Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: «Vindec aceste ape şi niciodată nu vor mai cauza moartea, nici nu vor mai face pământul neroditor!»“

Then Elisha went to the spring of the waters and cast the salt in it and said, Thus says the Lord: I have healed these waters; there shall not be any more death, miscarriage or barrenness because of it.
