B en-Hadad, regele Aramului, şi-a strâns întreaga oştire. Însoţit de treizeci şi doi de regi, cu cai şi care, s-a dus, a înconjurat Samaria şi a început lupta împotriva ei.

Ben-hadad king of Syria gathered all his army together; thirty-two kings were with him, and horses and chariots. And he went up and besieged Samaria, warring against it.
