D e aceea voi aduce nenorocirea peste familia lui Ieroboam; voi nimici orice bărbat din Israel care-i aparţine lui Ieroboam, fie sclav, fie liber şi voi arde familia lui Ieroboam aşa cum arde cineva bălegarul, până va pieri.

Therefore behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam and will cut off from every male, both bond and free, in Israel, and will utterly sweep away the house of Jeroboam as a man sweeps away dung, till it is all gone.
