D ar Ioab i-a zis regelui: – Domnul, Dumnezeul tău, să înmulţească poporul de o sută de ori mai mult şi fie ca stăpânul meu, regele, să vadă cu ochii săi lucrul acesta! Dar de ce doreşte stăpânul meu, regele, să facă acest lucru?

Joab said to the king, “Now may Yahweh your God add to the people, however many they may be, one hundred times; and may the eyes of my lord the king see it. But why does my lord the king delight in this thing?”
