C ome il Signore aveva comandato a Mosè suo servo, così Mosè ordinò a Giosuè, e così fece Giosuè, il quale non trascurò nessuno degli ordini che il Signore aveva dati a Mosè.

Just as the Lord had commanded Moses his servant, so Moses commanded Joshua, and so Joshua did; he left nothing undone of all that the Lord had commanded Moses.
