A llora il re Nabucodonosor fu spaventato e andò in gran fretta a dire ai suoi consiglieri: «Non erano tre gli uomini che abbiamo legati e gettati in mezzo al fuoco ardente?» Quelli risposero e dissero al re: «Certo, o re!»

Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.”
