P oi presero Absalom, lo gettarono in una grande fossa nella foresta e innalzarono sopra di lui un mucchio grandissimo di pietre; e tutto Israele fuggì, ciascuno nella sua tenda.

They took Absalom and cast him into a great pit in the forest and raised a very great heap of stones upon him. And all Israel fled, everyone to his own home.
