A no ra ko ahau, Aue, e te Ariki, e Ihowa, kua pohehe rawa i a koe tenei iwi, a Hiruharama ano, i te kupu nei, Ka mau te rongo ki a koutou. Tena ia, kua pa te hoari ki te wairua.

Then I said, “Ah, Lord Yahweh! Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, ‘You shall have peace;’ whereas the sword reaches to the heart.”
