K a hari te tangata nana tenei mahi, te tama a te tangata e pupuri nei i a ia, mau tonu; e pupuri ana, a kahore e whakapoke i te hapati, e tiaki ana i tona ringa kei mahi i tetahi he.

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; who keeps the Sabbath without profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”
