K a whakamana ano e ahau taku kawenata ki a ratou, kia hoatu te whenua o Kanaana ki a ratou, te whenua o to ratou nohoanga manenetanga, i noho manene ai ratou.

Auch habe ich einen Bund mit ihnen aufgerichtet, daß ich ihnen geben will das Land Kanaan, das Land ihrer Wallfahrt, darin sie Fremdlinge gewesen sind.
