K ihai ano i whakaaturia e Ehetere ona whanaunga me tona iwi; ko ta Mororekai hoki tera i ako ai ki a ia; i whakarite hoki a Ehetere i te kupu a Mororekai, i pera me ia e whakatupuria ake ana i tona whare.

Esther had not yet made known her kindred nor her people; as Mordecai had charged her: for Esther did the commandment of Mordecai, like as when she was brought up with him.
