K atahi ka whakatika a Etera, a whakaoatitia ana e ia nga rangatira o nga tohunga, o nga Riwaiti, o Iharaira Katoa, kia meatia tenei mea e ratou. A oati ana ratou.

Then arose Ezra, and made the chiefs of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they would do according to this word. So they sware.
