N a maranga ana ia, a kai ana, inu ana, a haere ana, me te mau ano te mana o taua kai, e wha tekau nga ra, e wha tekau nga po a tae noa ki Horepa, ki te maunga o te Atua.

He arose, and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, God’s Mountain.
