N a ka mea taua wahine, He aha ra koe i he ai ki te iwi a te Atua, i whakaaro ai i tenei mea? i te kingi hoki e korero ana i tenei mea, e rite ana ia ki te tangata kua he, i te kingi e kore nei e whakahoki mai i tana i peia atu ra.

And the woman said, Wherefore then hast thou devised such a thing against the people of God? for in speaking this word the king is as one that is guilty, in that the king doth not fetch home again his banished one.
