K a herea e ia tana kuao ki te waina, te tama hoki a tana kaihe ki te waina pai rawa; ka horoia e ia ona kakahu ki te waina, ona weruweru hoki ki te toto o te karepe:

Binding his foal to the vine, his donkey’s colt to the choice vine; he has washed his garments in wine, his robes in the blood of grapes.
