N a, ko au tama tokorua, ko Eparaima raua ko Manahi, i whanau nei mau ki te whenua o Ihipa i mua ake o toku taenga mai ki a koe, ki Ihipa, maku ena; ka riro mai raua i ahau, ka pera ano me Reupena raua ko Himiona.

And now thy two sons, who were born unto thee in the land of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; Ephraim and Manasseh, even as Reuben and Simeon, shall be mine.
